Handed his debut early in the 2023/24 season, Ryan enjoyed a number of outings from the bench throughout the campaign and, after penning his first professional contract with the Club in the summer of 2024, banked his first goal when he netted in the Charity Shield encounter with Larne, since when he has popped up with a number of notable contributions – most notably an eye-catching assist for Joe Gormley’s winning goal in the 2025 League Cup Final.
A cruciate injury sustained in the opening weeks of the 2025/26 season kept him sidelined for the entire campaign, leaving him focused on a return to action late in 2026.
