A former underage international who represented the Republic of Ireland at Under-15, Under-16, Under-18 and Under-21 level, Ben began his career with Cherry Orchard and had a brief spell with St Patrick’s Athletic before joining Celtic in 2019.
The Dubliner scored 22 goals in 55 appearances for the Hoops’ B team ahead of a move to Mansfield Town, where he was handed his senior debut by Manager Nigel Clough.
A nephew of Republic internationals Alan Quinn and Stephen Quinn – the latter of whom he played alongside at Mansfield – Ben left the Stags in the summer of 2025 and made an instant impression during a year at Portadown, for whom he scored on both his first and last appearances, prior to finding the net on his Cliftonville debut when Crusaders were defeated on the opening day of the 2026/27 Premiership campaign.
