Masterful moment

Dean McMaster’s free-kick against Glentoran has been voted Cliftonville’s Goal of the Month for September.

Having already proved his set-piece prowess against Crusaders and Carrick Rangers in the opening weeks of his Reds’ career, the 23-year-old duly made it a hat-trick of eye-catching strikes when he found the net against the Glens.

The effort – which you can check out along with last month’s other nominees below – will now automatically be shortlisted for Cliftonville’s Goal of the Season at the end of the campaign.
