Huge congratulations to the three Cliftonville Academy sides who lifted silverware across this busy Subway National League Cup Finals weekend.

Our Under-12s kicked things off when they got the better of Crusaders in Friday night’s North Belfast Derby duel at Ulidia Playing Fields, where our Under-13s (pictured) overcame Shankill Juniors yesterday morning.

That was followed up by the Reds defeating Linfield in the Under-14s decider to complete not only a memorable trophy treble for the Academy but a quadruple for the team who, having already won their League, have also picked up the NI Cup as well as being crowned SuperCupNI Champions.

We extend commiserations, meanwhile, to our Under-15 and Under-16 sides who lost out to Glentoran in their respective Finals but commend them for their efforts in reaching such acclaimed stages and contributing to another very proud couple of days for everyone involved in the Cliftonville Academy.
