As the countdown to tomorrow night’s Clearer Water Irish Cup semi-final continues, all at Cliftonville Football Club are looking forward to seeing and hearing the Red Army at their passionate best.

As Jim Magilton and his players bid to reach the Final for the third year in succession, they will enter into battle with Dungannon Swifts backed by a vociferous crowd who have snapped up tickets for the occasion with typical fervour.

The songs and chants that emanate from both decks of the North Stand of the Clearer Twist Stadium will be vital in inspiring our team for what promises to be a rigorous test against the Cup holders and, with supporters playing an enthusiastic role in our #WrapUpInRed campaign, a memorable night is in store for fans of all ages.

Ahead of the game, the Club kindly requests that all supporters are mindful of the information provided below.

In particular, due to enhanced ticket checks and search regimes at the Clearer Twist Stadium, we ask that when planning for your attendance at the game, you allow sufficient time to pass these additional control points in plenty of time for the 7.45pm kick-off.

  • Cliftonville supporters buses should park on Apollo Road;
  • Cliftonville supporters should access the stadium via Boucher Road coming from Kennedy Way;
  • Cliftonville supporters are located in the North Stand;
  • Gates open for general admission from 6.45pm;
  • Supporters are advised to arrive early to support ticket checks and search regimes before entering the stadium;
  • No transferring between the North Stand’s Upper and Lower tiers will be permitted;
  • It is a criminal offence to bring pyrotechnics into the stadium. Anyone found with pyrotechnics will be denied entry or ejected and will be dealt with by the PSNI;
  • Any persons entering the pitch area will be subject to arrest;
  • On arrival and departure, please respect the local neighbourhood;
  • Supporters are also reminded of the Cliftonville FC Code of Conduct.

Please be mindful that the Irish FA and PSNI will hold Cliftonville FC to account for the conduct of our supporters within the stadium and that any rule breaches may result in the Club facing disciplinary action, particularly in light of some regrettable incidents at recent away fixtures.

The players are looking forward to your tremendous backing at the game but would ask that you remain respectful to all in your support for the team.

Let’s make this an enjoyable occasion for all. We look forward to seeing the Red Army out in force once again.
