Par trip for Kearney
Cliftonville Football Club offers thanks and very best wishes for the future to Shea Kearney following the completion of his transfer to Dunfermline.
The 21-year-old, who made his Reds debut in a County Antrim Shield tie with Bangor in September 2022, signed his first professional contract with the Club at the end of his first season at Solitude and has made a total of 85 senior appearances as well as representing Northern Ireland on the Under-21 international stage.
A scorer of four goals in that period, Shea played a key role in Cliftonville’s historic Irish Cup success of 2024 and picked up another winner’s medal when the Reds lifted the BetMcLean Cup in March of this year; ultimately bringing the curtain down on his time with the Club by helping us to victory in last season’s European Play-Offs, with his final appearance coming in Tuesday’s UEFA Conference League fixture with St Joseph’s in Gibraltar.
As well as expressing gratitude for his service over the last three years, all at the Club extend sincere best wishes for his time with The Pars and for what we’re sure will be an impressive and rewarding future career.
