Eric McWoods’ solo effort against Carrick Rangers has been voted Cliftonville’s Goal of the Month for April.

Assuming possession just inside his own half, the American striker raced forward and waltzed past a number of challenges before coolly slotting beyond the goalkeeper to put the Reds in front.

The strike – which you can check out along with last month’s other nominees below – will now automatically be shortlisted for Cliftonville’s Goal of the Season at the end of the campaign.
