Liam to please

Liam McStravick’s winning strike against Linfield has been voted Cliftonville’s Goal of the Month for April.

Having earlier put the Reds 1-0 up with a firm left-footed finish at the Clearer Twist Stadium, the 21-year-old restored his side’s advantage when he found the bottom corner with a right-footed blast from distance.

The effort – which you can check out along with last month’s other nominees below – will now automatically be shortlisted for Cliftonville’s forthcoming Goal of the Season vote.
