Applications to join Cliftonville FC’s full-time Academy remain open.

Ireland’s Oldest Football Club offer a two-year post-16 Elite Football and Education programme, with expressions of interest welcomed here.

Head of Academy Marc Smyth, commented: “The professionalism of our full-time set-up on the pitch is reflected in the classroom.

“This allows our players to commit to full-time football, travel on tours and gain a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma, which is equivalent to three A-Levels.

“We are committed to taking our development of young players from strength to strength. With the recent success of young players into the first team like Shea Kearney, Sean Moore, Ryan Corrigan, Coran Madden, Keevan Hawthorne and Joe Sheridan, everyone can see the pathway that exists at Cliftonville.”
