Run for Michael

Cliftonville supporters are notified of a very special visitor to Solitude this afternoon, and one who would be delighted to avail of your company and support.

Michael Newberry’s brother Adrian is undertaking a 160 mile run in memory of our much-missed former defender and, having started at St James’ Park in Newcastle on Friday, will complete his challenge when he arrives at Windsor Park later today.

He is scheduled to stop off at Solitude at approximately 2pm and, with in excess of £4000 already raised for our Official Charity Partner TAMHI, Adrian would be thrilled to meet as many Reds fans as possible as he prepares for the final leg of his journey – one that everyone is more than welcome to join him on.
