Congratulations to Vicky Carleton on being named the Sports Direct Women’s Player of the Month for October.

Scorer of a vital winner against Lisburn Rangers before producing an exceptional display in the Reds’ Irish Cup Final victory over Linfield, Carleton said: “It was tough to lose out to Glentoran on the final day of the season, but we made up for it being defeating Linfield in the Cup Final.

“We also won the League Cup, so two trophies out of four isn’t too bad. Next season, our aim is to go one better and win the League title.”
