Academy coaching structure
Cliftonville Football Club are proud to officially unveil our new professional Academy structure, a major step forward in our commitment to developing elite-level talent from grassroots through to the first team.
At every age group, we have assembled a team of UEFA-qualified coaches with exceptional playing and coaching experience – many of whom wore the Cliftonville shirt with distinction. Under the guidance of our newly appointed Head of Coaching, David Hanna, the Academy will implement a clear, consistent development pathway, designed to prepare young players for success on and off the pitch.
