Alex Parsons’ thumping finish against Crusaders has been voted Cliftonville’s Goal of the Month for March.

Seizing on Luke Conlan’s flicked ball in behind, the Australian frontman quickly claimed possession and darted towards goal before finding the top corner with a powerful effort that ultimately booked the Reds’ place in the semi-finals of the Irish Cup.

The strike – which you can check out along with last month’s other nominee below – will now automatically be shortlisted for Cliftonville’s Goal of the Season at the end of the campaign.
