Reds will have the Final say again

Cliftonville produced an accomplished performance to get the better of Ards and book their place in the Clearer Water Irish Cup Final.

Leading through a fine Joe Gormley finish at the end of a first-half they had dominated, the Reds lived a little dangerously after the interval and Ards appeared to be generating some momentum just before substitute Alex Parsons nodded in a Rory Hale delivery to make it 2-0.

In the closing minutes, Gormley seized on an error from goalkeeper Alex Moore to tee Ryan Corrigan up for the third as Cliftonville booked a return to Windsor Park on Saturday, May 3.
