The NI Football League are seeking your nominations ahead of their inaugural Football Awards bash next month.

Staged at Titanic Belfast on Saturday, April 12, the ceremony will celebrate the best of the Irish League on and off the pitch, with your suggestions welcome for the following categories:

Lifetime Contribution Award
Recognising an individual that has left a legacy in Irish League football, having gone above and beyond to play a huge part in their Club over their lifetime.

The recipient of this award can be a Club volunteer, employee or fan who has displayed commitment to their Club over the years.

Heart of the Club
Celebrating a supporter that shows total commitment, dedication and passion for their team.

Club Community Initiative of the Year
Highlighting a Club that is fully immersed in their community, making an impact in the local area through, for example, the likes of youth programmes, charity work and, reinvestment of funds.

Club Marketing Campaign of the Year
Acknowledging a Club that has developed a marketing/sponsorship strategy to maximise engagement with their fans.

Female Contribution to Professional Football
This award recognises a female who has made outstanding contribution to the growth of women’s football. This can include volunteers, players, Club staff, a female that you feel has broken barriers to make an impact in the football community.

With just over three weeks until the black-tie event takes place, your nominations – which can be made online – will be most welcome, so be sure to get involved as soon as possible.
