Scan do attitude
Ahead of Cliftonville’s Sports Direct Premiership fixture with Dungannon Swifts this evening, Season Ticket holders are reminded of how their new-look cards have been designed to assist with efficient access to their chosen seats.
While the unique QR code on the back is the most essential component when it comes to being granted access by our scanners, the accompanying colour coordinated panels have been added to help ticket owners, turnstile operators and stewards alike to oversee smooth and easy access to the relevant section of Solitude’s home end.
Season Tickets designated for the McAlery Stand, for example, bear red colouring on the leftmost panel, while those belonging to supporters in the Main Stand Lower will sport an equivalent green tone – all of which has been devised to assist our matchday volunteers in at-a-glance verification.
The right-hand side is, meanwhile, coloured to reflect the ticketing category, with Adults and Members tinted red; Families yellow; Seniors green; Children purple and Youths mint.
Season Ticket holders are, meanwhile, reminded of the necessity to collect their plastic cards because without them, access through the turnstiles will be denied, with QR codes on mobile devices no longer permissible. Anyone who has yet to pick up their Season Ticket can do so from the Social Club between 6pm-7.15pm.
