Cliftonville Strollers will be presented with the Academy League Under-18 trophy at half-time of tomorrow’s Sports Direct Premiership game with Glentoran.

The Wee Reds clinched their crown with a 1-0 victory over Coleraine Under-18s at Solitude a fortnight ago, with supporters invited to show their appreciation when the players collect their medals this weekend.

As well as winning the title with six games of the season to spare, the team can also look forward to becoming the first Strollers side to feature in Europe when they represent the Club in next season’s UEFA Youth League, with full coverage of their involvement to be detailed here on cliftonvillefc.net in the coming months.
