More to Tue over

Cliftonville’s forthcoming Sports Direct Premiership fixture with Larne has been postponed due to international call-ups.

Slated for Monday, March 25, the game will now be played at Solitude on Easter Tuesday, April 2 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The fixture changes announced by the NI Football League this evening have, in turn, necessitated some amendments to the Premiership’s post-split schedule, which will now commence on Saturday, April 6, with an additional matchday pencilled in for Tuesday, April 16.

Furthermore, it has been agreed that, should the Premiership’s top-six and bottom-six teams be known by the completion of games on Saturday, March 23, post-split fixtures will be confirmed relative to teams’ positions in the standings at that time. If, however, there remains the possibility of one or more sides moving from one half of the table to the other, the post-split programme will be announced after the rearranged matches on April 2.
