McDonagh heads for the City

Cliftonville Football Club extends best wishes to Jamie McDonagh as he embarks upon a loan spell at Newry City.

The 27-year-old, who spent the first half of the season with Glenavon, has scored nine goals in 89 appearances for the Reds since arriving from Glentoran in the summer of 2021 and has joined Newry until the end of the campaign, with all at Solitude naturally hoping he enjoys a productive next few months at The Showgrounds.
