Just what The Doc ordered

‘The Doc’ arrived at Solitude in 1991 and, throughout his dedicated service, has enjoyed three League title successes, six League Cup crowns and a host of other honours, to which his contribution cannot be overlooked.

Trusted by a succession of Reds Managers, Dr Campbell has provided key guidance, advice and assistance to hundreds of Cliftonville players down through the years, all of whom are indebted to his expertise and professionalism throughout their respective returns to fitness, be they from knocks, niggles or more longer-term injuries.

John has been a familiar face in the dugout for more than three decades but, far from taking his presence for granted, Cliftonville FC inducted the Solitude stalwart to the Club’s Hall of Fame in May 2019 and are delighted that the NI Football League have chosen to shine such a revered spotlight on someone who means so much to us all.
