A sore point

Cliftonville 3-3 Crusaders

Cliftonville were forced to make do with just a point from a chaotic North Belfast Derby clash with Crusaders at Solitude this afternoon.

Trailing to a Paul Heatley header after just 35 seconds, the Reds roared into life after the interval and quickfire strikes from Hale brothers Rory and Ronan turned the game on its head only for the Crues to instantly level through a wonderful long-range effort by Jarlath O’Rourke.

Joe Gormley blasted Cliftonville back in front with a left-footed finish that looked set to earn a fully deserved victory only for Heatley to stroke home an injury-time leveller.
