Cliftonville 2-2 Glenavon

Joe Gormley scored his 250th Cliftonville goal on an afternoon that ended with the Reds surrendering two points in a chaotic final 10 minutes against Glenavon.

In comfortable control when substitute Gormley raced clear to add to Ronan Hale’s curled opener, the hosts saw their advantage halved by Josh Doyle’s close-range conversion before a Jonny Addis own goal drew the Lurgan Blues level.

Odhran Casey was then harshly sent off for a foul on Peter Campbell that referee Ross Dunlop had initially produced a yellow card for, further adding to Cliftonville’s frustrations on what was an ultimately disappointing outing at Solitude.
