Hale of fame

Ronan Hale is today named Cliftonville Football Club’s Player of the Month for August.

In an online poll conducted among Reds fans, the forward – who earned 25% of the vote – took the honour amid a bright start to life at Solitude that, alongside a debut goal against DAC in the Europa Conference League in July, delivered strikes in contests with Carrick Rangers and Dungannon Swifts last month.

In addition to congratulating Ronan on landing the season’s first accolade, we also place on record our thanks to the many hundreds of supporters who took the time to get involved and we look forward to similar levels of engagement when it comes to determining September’s top performer in a few weeks’ time.
