Showing support for Olcán

Cliftonville FC were very pleased to welcome representatives of Eimear’s Wish as Matchday Partners for yesterday’s Danske Bank Premiership fixture with Carrick Rangers.

The Club has a long standing relationship with the organisation, whose name was proudly emblazoned across our Ladies team’s shirts this year, and are only too happy to get behind their latest campaign in support of seven-year-old Olcán.

Currently being treated in the Royal Victoria Children’s Hospital for Aplastic Anemia, if Olcán doesn’t find a matching stem cell donor, the outlook is not good.

Many supporters entering Solitude yesterday will have taken receipt of literature from Sean Smyth (pictured with Chairman Paul McKeown) outlining Olcán’s plea – and one of you could be the person with the matching stem cells to save his life.

If you are not already on the Stem Cell Donor Registry, please join today and help us raise hope for Olcán and many other like him by contacting anthonynolan.org or DKMS.co.uk
