Jamie Harney says Cliftonville are mentally and physically recharged ahead of Saturday’s Danske Bank Premiership opener against Carrick Rangers.

The Reds battled through a gruelling schedule in a condensed second half of last season but, having benefited from a well-earned break over the past couple of months, are now on the countdown to a return to competitive action.
