Rudd alert against complacency

Michael McCrudden has warned that there can be no under-estimating Dungannon Swifts in this evening’s clash at Solitude.

Fresh from bagging a hat-trick in Cliftonville’s weekend victory at Warrenpoint, McCrudden insists that the visitors’ position at the bottom of the Danske Bank Premiership should not be allowed to distract from the challenge that they will pose.

“I actually fear the teams in the bottom half of the table more than the big boys at the top of the table,” he explains.

“Obviously you can get complacent. That is something that we have talked about a lot – for us not to get complacent and take every game as it comes.

“Make no bones about it, no matter where Dungannon Swifts are in the League table, they will be ready to rock as will we and it will be a tough game.”
