Daniel Kearns has hailed Kris Lindsay as a “great addition” to the Cliftonville coaching set-up.
The duo were team-mates at Glenavon during the 2015/16 season and, ahead of tomorrow’s Danske Bank Premiership encounter with the Lurgan Blues at Solitude, Kearns recalls: “I actually played a few games with him.
“He’s a great addition to the backroom staff. He was there on Tuesday night and more or less took the whole session.
“I hadn’t spoken to him in quite a while because of what is going on with Covid and I hadn’t seen him in ages. It’s a great addition to the backroom and coaching staff and it can only benefit us as players and a squad moving forward.”
You can read the full Kearns interview in tomorrow’s digital edition of The Red Eye, which will be available here on cliftonvillefc.net ahead of kick-off.
