Mood lighting

Rory Hale says the positive mood he has experienced in the Cliftonville camp can lay the foundations for the team to realise its potential.

The midfielder is set to make his third appearance for the Club in this evening’s Danske Bank Premiership clash with Linfield at Solitude and, speaking in the latest edition of our Matchday Magazine, the 24-year-old admits: “Linfield are the best team in the country, there’s no denying it.

“They’re up at the top along with Larne for a reason and we’ve just got to take the positives out of the two games since the start of the year.

“We’re unbeaten, playing solid, we’re getting bodies in the box, we’re playing more forward, we look like we’ve got a winning mentality going about us at the minute and everybody is a lot more positive.”

You can read the full Hale interview in tonight’s digital edition of The Red Eye, which will be available here on cliftonvillefc.net ahead of kick-off.

Featuring pre-match views from the Manager’s Office, The Red Eye’s 11th issue of the campaign carries all the stats behind the Reds’ recent form and a look at the Blues’ prospects – plus plenty more besides.
