Duo go under the knife

Best wishes are extended to Levi Ives and Donal Rocks, both of whom will be undergoing surgery in the next 24 hours.

Defender Ives has been sidelined since being forced out of last month’s North Belfast Derby with Crusaders at Seaview, while Rocks – who had enjoyed a breakthrough into senior action towards the end of last season – suffered injury during Cliftonville’s warm-up fixtures for the 2020/21 campaign.

Everyone at the Club naturally wishes both players well during their respective recovery periods.
