Apologies are extended to those supporters who endured delays in trying to purchase tickets for Saturday’s Danske Bank Premiership fixture with Glentoran.
Available exclusively to Cliftonville Club Card holders, the commencement of ticket sales understandably drew a large volume of traffic towards our renovated ticketing portal and led to a significant slowing down of the online service.
Steps were immediately taken to rectify the problem and, following consultation with the host server, a previously undetected bandwidth issue was identified and promptly worked upon.
We appreciate that, regardless of the reasons, this was a frustrating experience for fans eager to secure their seats for this weekend’s game and in offering our further apologies, we also thank you for your patience and understanding throughout an unfortunate situation that was sadly outwith the Club’s direct control.
Cliftonville Members and Life Members are, in addition, reminded that they do not need to buy an individual match ticket for this game and that production of their Member or Life Member ticket will be sufficient to gain admission.
