Fans praised for charity drive

The North Belfast Advice Partnership have this week made further contact with the Club to express their gratitude for Cliftonville supporters’ backing of last month’s Foodbank Collection at Solitude.

A total of 461 Christmas Hampers were distributed to families throughout our local community in the wake of the collection held at the Reds’ Danske Bank Premiership fixture with Glenavon on December 8 and, while proud of our fans’ contribution to what we are advised was a record sum, it is of course a distressing and disappointing sign of the times that such a landmark should ever need reached in this day an age.

We place on record our continued support and admiration for the North Belfast Advice Partnership and would urge our fans to make their own regular donations – no matter how big or small – to ensure that those around us who need our help can benefit from it.
