Programme aficionados might be interested to learn that the Matchday Magazine compiled for the postponed Danske Bank Premiership clash with Glenavon on December 9 is available for purchase.

The fixture has been rearranged for tomorrow night when an updated version of The Red Eye will be on sale for the usual price of £2.50 and, though it had previously been the Club’s intention to utilise the original publication, it was felt that the passage of more than seven weeks worth of action, combined with significant transfer activity, merited an entirely new edition.

Regular buyers can, however, ensure there are no chronological or numerical gaps in their collections by snapping up the obsolete issue 14 – compared to tomorrow night’s issue 19 – from The Reds Shop for just £1.

Featuring Joe Gormley on the cover, Barry Gray’s views on a match that didn’t happen and an unpublished interview with winger Ross Lavery, the December 9 print will doubtless provide a unique addition to your personal assortment of Matchday Magazines – but, with only a small number up for grabs, be sure to act fast.

Don’t forget, too, that unsold copies of this season’s publication remain available online. Maybe a relative performed Matchday Mascot duties, perhaps you appeared in one of our various popular editorial features, or you could just be a supporter of a visiting team unable to get your hands on one during your trip to Solitude – whatever the reason, simply peruse the options available here and we’ll ensure The Red Eye is winging its way through your door before long.
