As Cliftonville prepare to host Ballymena United this weekend, we’re reminding supporters that Saturday is about more than just 90 minutes of Danske Bank Premiership action.

The Social Club will be running its popular matchday offer, where fans are invited to come along to Solitude a little earlier than usual and avail of our £2.50 pints (between 12pm-2pm), engage in some pre-game chat with your fellow members of the Red Army and soak up the matchday atmosphere, while youngsters – thrilled to avail of our resident face-painter and balloon modellers’ services throughout the season so far – will once again be kept entertained in the build-up to kick-off.

Elsewhere, our second Matchday Lunch of the season will take place at Cliftonville Bowling Club, where Guest of Honour Jackie Fullerton will doubtless regale the sold-out event with tales from his career as a player, pundit and commentator across more than half a century in the Irish League.
