Rory doesn’t miss a trick
Dungannon Swifts 0-4 Cliftonville
Rory Donnelly was the hat-trick hero as Cliftonville recorded an impressive victory over Dungannon Swifts at Stangmore Park.
The striker’s well-taken opener and pinpoint header had the Reds in control before his treble was sealed with a penalty kick ahead of replacement Joe Gormley likewise netting from the spot to make it 4-0.
Dungannon were awarded a penalty of their own in injury-time, only for Cliftonville keeper Brian Neeson to make a superb flying save to deny Paul McElroy and preserve the visitors’ clean sheet.
