Man for all seasons
Cliftonville Football Club are humbled to alert our supporters to a gratifying initiative driven by a particularly generous member of the Red Army.
Understandably unable to attend matches on a regular basis, United States-based fan Bryan Eitz has nevertheless committed to purchasing a Family Season Ticket on the understanding that it would be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Family Support Group.
Run by west Belfast woman Lorraine Conlon, the organisation seeks to provide treats and days out for the children and families affected by the life-limiting condition.
Motivated to introduce fun events and experiences that not only include the young siblings of Cystic Fibrosis sufferers but also remove any financial impacts on families, Lorraine was this weekend delighted to take receipt of a Cliftonville FC Family Season Ticket for the 2017/18 campaign.
The ticket will be used by different families connected to the the Cystic Fibrosis Family Support Group, who will ensure that – thanks to Bryan’s kind-hearted donation – sufferers and their loved ones will be able to enjoy free days out at Solitude in the year ahead.
Everyone at Cliftonville FC endorses Bryan’s wonderful gesture and looks forward to welcoming the various families who will benefit from his generosity in the coming weeks and months.
