Cliftonville will face Drogheda United in a friendly at Solitude next Saturday, February 15.

The contest forms part of the Drogs’ preparations for the new SSE Airtricity League First Division campaign which kicks off with a trip to Cobh Ramblers the following weekend.

Reds boss Paddy McLaughlin will use the tie – scheduled for a 3pm start – as an opportunity to give valuable game time to members of his squad following the postponement of the Danske Bank Premiership clash with Crusaders, which has been rearranged for Tuesday, March 3.
