Cliftonville Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of central defender Joe Gorman.

The 24-year-old Dubliner, who was most recently with Scottish League Two outfit Clyde, has also enjoyed spells with Airdrie and Inverness Caledonian Thistle as well as Bray Wanderers and Drogheda United in the League of Ireland.

After sealing his move for the former Republic of Ireland Youth international, Reds boss Barry Gray said: “I’m very pleased to have completed this deal and look forward to having Joe available for selection in the coming weeks.

“He’s a player who has come highly recommended, while we’ve also watched him in action ourselves and, like any signing we make, is someone I believe can help us improve as a team and a squad.”
