Hit for six

Joe Gormley is today named Cliftonville Football Club’s Sean Graham Player of the Month for March.

In an online poll conducted among Reds fans, ‘The Goal’ – who scored six times during the month – raked in an impressive 54% of the hundreds of votes cast to secure the honour.

Gormley netted twice in Cliftonville’s 3-1 victory over Crusaders in the Danske Bank Premiership before registering the only goal of subsequent away days against Linfield and Carrick Rangers and signed off from March with another double in the weekend’s Irish Cup Semi Final defeat of Loughgall.

In addition to congratulating Joe on landing our latest Sean Graham accolade, the Club also places on record our thanks to the many supporters who took the time to get involved and we look forward to similar engagement when it’s time to determine April’s star man in just a few weeks.
