Cliftonville Football Club look forward to welcoming a host of boys and girls from local Primary Schools during two days of Cup football next week.

The Cliftonville Community Friendship tournament will take place at Solitude on Monday and Tuesday, when teams comprising players from St John The Baptist PS, Finaghy PS, Taughmonagh PS, Cranmore Integrated PS, Bunscoil Bheann Mhadagain PS, Cliftonville Integrated PS, Holy Cross Boys PS, Holy Cross Girls PS and St Columban’s PS will battle it out in 7aSide round-robin competitions.

The Reds’ all-time leading scorer Joe Gormley will be on hand to dish out the silverware and medals afterwards, with all players and their teachers welcome to enjoy post-tournament refreshments as they reflect on what promise to be two wonderful days of sporting action.
