Best wishes to departing players

Cliftonville Football Club offers thanks and best wishes to six players who will be departing upon the expiration of their contracts.

Nathan Gartside, Stephen Mallon, Seanna Foster, Jamie Robinson, Gerard Storey and Michael Morgan leave Solitude with our sincere gratitude for their time at the Club.

Gartside made 54 appearances for the Reds after arriving from Derry City in the summer of 2022 and joined Mallon – who scored three goals in 31 games after a stint with Bohemians – in making invaluable contributions from the bench in this month’s historic Clearer Water Irish Cup Final victory over Linfield, which will forever be appreciated by the Red Army.

Foster, Robinson, Storey and Morgan spent all or part of the 2023/24 season on loan at Bangor, Ballymena United, Lisburn Distillery and Ballyclare Comrades respectively and we likewise thank them for their efforts in a Red shirt over the last number of years and wish them very well in their future careers.
