Cliftonville Corinthians roared to a 5-0 victory over Linfield Ladies Swifts to maintain their perfect start to the inaugural Electric Ireland Women’s Academy League.

Having kicked their campaign off by overcoming Glentoran Women Reserves a fortnight ago, the Reds produced a scintillating display to make it two wins from two last night.

Leah McEvoy opened the scoring with Fi Morgan making it 2-0 and, after McEvoy registered her second of the game, Carla Devine and Roise Thompson found the net to complete a convincing success.
