Yesterday’s clash with Glenavon saw Cliftonville bring the curtain down on both another Danske Bank Premiership campaign and a month of mixed results.

The Reds started the month with an entertaining 4-2 victory over Coleraine at Solitude, where Ballymena United claimed a point the following week before Paddy McLaughlin’s side enjoyed a 2-0 win against Crusaders in the North Belfast Derby.

As focus began to shift towards next month’s Europa League Play-Offs, the Manager made a number of changes – as well as handing senior debuts to youngsters Donal Rocks and Dylan Whiteway – for away dates against Linfield and Glenavon, both of which ended in disappointing losses.
